About Us

Who Are We

We are data driven mobility planners that adapt international best practices to the local American context to solve complex urban issues.

Our Mission

To improve the accessibility and quality of life for all people, regardless of income, race, and ability.

What We Do

Mobility planning, Data Analytics and Visualizations, Modeling, and Consensus Building.

Our History

In 2015, Mobility Flow started as an idea in the Dutch planning firm Goudappel Coffeng to transfer best practices to the American context. After years of successful workshops and lecture series in the US, Mobility Flow got its official start as the US affiliate of Goudappel Coffeng in 2018. Since then Mobility Flow has been expanding its international and national network, which has allowed us build strong partnerships over the past year. We have continued to “keep cities moving” by working closely with our worldwide network.

Mobility Flow’s first priority is people. We strive to move away from siloed transportation planning and towards an integrated mobility strategy where all modes of transportation – from walking, cycling, taking public transit, and driving – are in balance.
We achieve our vision in two ways. First, we inspire and create an integrated mobility plan and vision for your city. Second, we use quantitative tools to demonstrate and prove how this vision would become a reality.

Mobility Flow’s network of local and international firms and universities allows us to tap into some of the most innovative resources in the mobility field. Our own qualified staff not only have all of the desired skills of mobility planners, but also bear an entire network of international and local planners.
